Sutter Home Sauvignon Blanc is lively and brisk with a classic crisp, clean finish. The wine flaunts zesty citrus and passionfruit aromas with honeydew melon, grapefruit and lime flavors that are accented by spice and mineral notes on the palate.
Winemaker Notes:
Made in a classic, cool-climate style that evokes New Zealand, our Sauvignon Blanc is bright and refreshing. To accentuate its fresh citrus, melon aromas and brisk, slightly grassy flavors, the wine is cold-fermented at 60°F and aged exclusively in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
