This limited single barrel bourbon is made from the E mashbill of 75% corn / 20 % rye / 5 % malted barley. It is made using yeast strain F which adds an herbal quality to the bourbon. It was aged for 8 years and 3 months. This bottle show notes of dried herbs, leather, dried figs, vanilla and spice. The palate is rich showing dried fruit, wood, and a hint of baking spice.
