This release tells the story of the distillery’s warehouse and samples coordinator, George Paterson. This single bourbon barrel was selected by Paterson and malt master Kelsey McKechnie for its ‘jaw-drop factor.’ You can expect well-balanced notes of milk chocolate, candied orange peels, charred oak and hints of vanilla.
